Current 5th graders, please use this Google Form to select your elective choice for 6th grade.  This form will close at 4:00 PM on Monday, March 21, 2022.  

RANKING your elective choices is very important. You will rank your preference as 1st choice through 8th choice. You should have a choice #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7 and #8 choice.
