In order to make things smoother and easier for our parents, we will have a new procedure for parents and family members to enter the building for award ceremonies only. Parents will enter the cafeteria by the side doors (facing Danny Jones), not the front. Once inside and seated, there will be a clipboard at each table for parents to sign in. This way, we can get everyone inside faster and we will be able to start the ceremonies on time.

Our campus SRO will be present in the cafeteria during each awards ceremony. Parents will only be allowed in the cafeteria; they will not have access to the rest of the building. Once the awards are over, parents will exit through the cafeteria doors just as they entered.
