Lillard First Day Procedures 2026
- Doors open for students at 8:00 Daily. First period starts at 8:30.
- Parents/guardians will not be allowed to walk their students to class on the first day of school. Students will be greeted and guided by staff as they enter the school.
- Students who would like to eat breakfast should go directly to the cafeteria. All other students should report to the following locations: 5th Grade: Gym 2 | 6th Grade: Gym 1
- Students will remain in the gym until 8:17 a.m., when they will be dismissed to go to class.
- If you preordered school supplies, they will be delivered directly to your student’s first-content-area teacher. For those who did not preorder, please note that during the first three days of school, students will only need a few basic items: a backpack, sharpened pencils, a pencil bag, wide-ruled notebook paper, a folder, and a binder.
- Early dismissal ends at 3:30 for parents who need to check out their student before the end of the day at 4:00.
- Lunches are closed to parents until August 25.

Students may enter the school at 8:00 a.m. Drop-Off Location: Main student drop-off is on the side of the school. |
The dismissal process begins at 4:00 p.m. Traffic can be heavy—please plan accordingly. Safety Reminder: Watch for students walking or biking at crosswalks.
Late Pick-Up: Students not picked up by 4:15 p.m. will be taken to the office. Parents would need to come to the front office to sign them out. |
