Welcome to the 2022-2023 School Year at Lillard!

Schedules

If schedules were not picked up on August 11 at Meet the Teacher Night, students and parents can pick up the schedule in the gyms. Parents will not be allowed to walk students to the classrooms.

Morning Drop Off

Students may enter the school at 8:00 am. Prior to 8:00 am, there will be no supervision, so please be mindful of when you choose to drop your student off. Our main student drop-off entrance is located on the side of the school. After the first day of school, when the doors open at 8:00 am, all students will report to the gyms (Gym 2=5th Grade, Gym 1=6th Grade), unless they are going to get breakfast; in this case, they will report to the cafeteria. Students in the gym and cafeteria will be dismissed at 8:20 am and will be escorted to class by multiple classroom teachers.

Dismissal

We begin our dismissal process at 4:00 pm. All students need to be picked up or off campus by 4:15 pm. Traffic can be heavy after school, so please plan accordingly. Please watch for students walking or riding their bikes on the crosswalk. Students are not allowed to be in the building after school unless they are with a parent or teacher. Students who have not been picked up by 4:15 pm will be taken to the office and parents will be required to come to the front door to sign their child out.  Early Dismissal Reminder: If you need to check your child out of school before 4:00 pm, please be in our front office by 3:45 pm, at least 15 minutes before dismissal.

Breakfast and Lunch

If students wish to eat breakfast before school begins, they can report to the cafeteria to eat their breakfast between 8:00-8:20 AM. Students will need to be sure to memorize their student ID number for both breakfast and lunch so that the line can move swiftly. Breakfast is now $2.00, and Lunch is now $3.50/Adult meals are $5.00. https://www.mansfieldisd.org/student-central/cafeteria-menus

Dress Code

The entire student dress code is available on the MISD website.

Cell Phones and Headphones/Earbuds/Airpods

Cell phones will be turned off before entering the building. They may be turned back on by 4 PM when school is out. Headphones (including air pods, ear buds, etc) will also be restricted only being used with teacher permission.
